During the last years of the economic crisis and, particularly, the crisis in the real estate sector, a large amount of advertising e-mails were received in our offices to “sell” books or courses in all sorts of subjects, such as legal issues relating to matters like “suspension of payments in companies”, claims against banks in relation to mortgages granted by them, some opportunities to buy property at laughable prices…
Over the last few months, we have started to receive advertisements relating to subjects which were very common before the crisis. May we mention, as a paradigm, one we have received today about a book entitled:
